FULL DESCRIPTION
SEND Team Leader
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a dedicated SEND Team Leader to manage support and provisions for students with High Needs & SEND. Responsibilities include managing a caseload of students with EHCPs, being the first point of contact for families, and supporting the annual review process. The role requires a SEND specialist passionate about removing barriers to student success.
About the Role
What You Will Do
- Manage a caseload of students with EHCP’s/High Needs and ensure the support and provisions are in place to meet relevant outcomes and aspirations.
- Be the first point of contact for EHCP/High Needs students, their families and related professionals.
- Support with the annual review process by chairing meetings and completing paperwork that meets the Local Authority standards and within statutory timelines.
- Ensure that effective transition arrangements are in place for new and prospective students, and that curriculum teams have the necessary support & information in a timely manner.
