Job description

A fast-growing, digitally native consumer brand is looking for a Paid Social Creative Strategist to build and scale its performance creative engine across key acquisition channels.

Operating across multiple high-growth product categories, the business has established paid social as a core driver of growth. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and performance, focused on producing high-converting creative, testing at speed, and scaling what works.

You’ll work closely with the performance and acquisition teams, owning creative strategy end-to-end and directly impacting customer acquisition and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute paid social creative strategy across Meta and TikTok
  • Develop high-performing hooks, messaging angles and campaign concepts
  • Build and run a high-velocity creative testing programme
  • Analyse performance data and translate insights into new creative directions
  • Write scripts, hooks, headlines and direct-response copy
  • Brief and manage designers, editors and external creators
  • Take concepts from ideation through to live campaigns
  • Continuously iterate on creative to improve CAC, ROAS and overall performance
  • Collaborate closely with Performance, Acquisition and Creative teams

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience creating paid social creative in a D2C, eCommerce or performance-driven environment
  • Strong understanding of Meta and/or TikTok ad platforms
  • Ability to turn data and insights into high-performing creative concepts
  • Strong copywriting and scripting skills for direct-response advertising
  • Experience running or contributing to creative testing frameworks
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working at pace
  • Experience working with UGC and creator-led content
  • Exposure to influencer marketing or creator partnerships
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, etc.)
