Freelance Paid Social Creative/Manager In-house fashion brand. Hybrid work in London - Full time; 3 days in office, 2 days remote. Rate: £350–£400 per day, inside IR35. Start: Immediately. The role
We are working with a globally known fashion brand with a busy in-house creative studio producing a high volume of shoots each week. They are looking for a Freelance Paid Social Manager with strong creative instincts and fashion experience to own how campaign content translates into paid social content.
This role sits closely with creative and organic social teams. Your focus will be on shaping, managing, and optimising paid social assets, ensuring campaigns are designed to perform across paid channels, not just look good organically.
You will be the person asking, and answering, “how does this shoot work for paid?”
What you will be doing
- Owning paid social assets across campaigns, from briefing through to delivery
- Collaborating with in-house creative and organic social teams to adapt content for paid performance
- Advising on how shoots and concepts should ladder into paid social campaigns
- Managing and optimising paid social creative across key platforms
What we are looking for
- Proven experience managing paid social for fashion or premium lifestyle brands
- Strong understanding of how creative impacts paid performance
- Confidence working in fast-paced, high-output creative environments
- Hands-on experience collaborating closely with creatives and social teams
- Ability to clearly articulate paid social thinking to non-paid specialists
