This is a pivotal role within a premium fashion retail brand, responsible for leading the CRM function, setting strategy, and running campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

You’ll join a small but growing CRM team and take ownership of lifecycle marketing, campaign execution, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the CRM function, setting strategy and operational priorities
  • Plan, execute, and optimise lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, SMS, app, and other channels
  • Manage and mentor CRM team members, building capability and supporting career development
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, e-commerce, and commercial teams to align CRM strategy with business goals
  • Analyse campaign performance and customer engagement, translating insights into actionable improvements
  • Drive adoption of best practices, automation, and personalisation across the CRM function
  • Ensure consistent, premium-brand customer communications that reflect brand values

About you:

  • Strong CRM and lifecycle marketing experience, within fashion or premium retail driven brands
  • Proven ability to lead campaigns end-to-end, from strategy to execution
  • Experience managing people or readiness to step into a leadership role
  • Hands-on, practical approach - able to get stuck in and deliver campaigns personally
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, targeting, and engagement strategies
  • Familiarity with email, SMS, app, and other CRM channels
