Freelance Senior Account Director (Social) London (Full time, Hybrid, Tues–Thurs in office) £400–£425pd | Inside IR35 3 months (ASAP start, likely to extend)

### The Opportunity

It’s giving… big accounts, global brands, fast-moving social We’re partnering with a top-tier social-first agency looking for a Senior Account Director to step in and lead across multiple high-profile accounts. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role. You’ll be the lynchpin between clients, internal teams and global markets, making sure everything runs smoothly while pushing work that actually lands in culture.

### What You’ll Be Doing

  • • Leading multiple high-value, fast-paced social accounts
  • • Acting as the senior client partner, building strong, trusted relationships
  • • Bringing strategic clarity and creative direction to campaigns
  • • Overseeing delivery across teams, ensuring work is high-quality and on time
  • • Driving revenue growth and spotting new opportunities within accounts
  • • Managing scopes, forecasting and ensuring projects are commercially sound
  • • Supporting and developing Account Directors and wider team

### What We’re Looking For

  • • Proven experience as a Senior Account Director within a social-first or creative agency
  • • Strong track record managing global brands and complex accounts
  • • Confident leading clients, strategy and delivery
  • • Commercially sharp, comfortable owning budgets, forecasting and growth
  • • Experienced managing and mentoring teams
  • • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
