[Employer hidden] are partnering with an award-winning digital branding agency to hire a client facing Project Director. This role isn't just about managing projects; it’s about shaping the future of their clients’ brands and empowering the team to reach new heights. You will be the bridge between client vision and creative execution. You must be passionate and knowledgeable about branding and website design, and able to translate client briefs into exceptional work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead major brand and website projects from strategy through to design and build.
• Guide senior stakeholders through critical decisions and ensure creative output meets the highest standards of excellence.
• Collaborate with clients and designers to shape brand positioning.
• Win new work by shaping compelling approaches for inbound enquiries and shape these into successful partnerships.
• Empower the team by coaching them through pitches and proposal refinements.
• Present high-level strategy and creative concepts to senior leadership with confidence.

Skills required:

• You will have significant experience delivering complex digital and web projects within a fast-paced agency environment.
• Be passionate and knowledgeable about branding and web design.
• Clear understanding of how positioning and digital experience work together to drive results.
• A proven track record of building deep, long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Previous experience leading, managing and inspiring teams.

Hours: Full time, 5 days per week

Salary: £70-90,000 depending on experience

Start date: As soon as possible

Office Location: West London – 3 days per week in office
