[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] are partnering with a powerhouse boutique digital, social and content agency to recruit for an Operations Manager. Working with some of the biggest names in global sports to captivate global audiences by combining brand strategy and creativity, this role requires someone who is highly organised and proactive to keep their busy studio running smoothly, enabling the team to deliver exceptional creative work. Sitting at the heart of the business, you will balance big-picture planning with day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly and that the team feels supported to do their best work. Working in collaboration with the leadership team, you’ll also help shape how the studio grows and operates, contributing to strategic decisions and long-term planning.

Key responsibilities: Project Management - Own projects end-to-end, from brief to delivery. - Manage timelines, budgets and risks to keep work on track. - Act as the main link between design/creative teams, clients and suppliers. - Run project kick-offs, check-ins and post-project reviews. - Share clear updates to maintain visibility and alignment across teams. Operations Management - Resource internal teams and freelance talent effectively. - Monitor capacity and address resourcing issues early. - Improve and scale operational processes and workflows. - Ensure high-quality delivery through efficient systems and best practices. Team & Culture - Support recruitment, onboarding and performance management. - Be a central point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. - Foster a positive, collaborative and accountable studio culture. - Work closely with leadership to support day-to-day studio operations. Skills required: - End-to-end project and operational management, including timelines, budgets and delivery. - Previous experience utilising tools such as Asana. - Strong stakeholder management across internal teams, clients and suppliers. - Resource and capacity planning for internal and freelance teams. - Operational process development and workflow optimisation. - Team leadership, recruitment, onboarding and performance management. - Excellent communication and organisational skills. - Ability to manage risk, solve problems and keep projects on track in fast-paced environments. - Strong attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
