Job description
You’ll be joining a collaborative, social-first marketing team that thrives on creativity, experimentation, and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimise campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and TikTok Shop.
- Lead creative testing – develop, brief, and iterate ad concepts that perform.
- Manage significant budgets and scale campaigns efficiently.
- Own top-of-funnel and retargeting strategy across key markets.
- Analyse performance data, report on ROAS, and make optimisation recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with creatives, copywriters, and growth marketers to align messaging and visual strategy.
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience in D2C, ecommerce, or challenger consumer brands
- Proven experience building and scaling Meta Ads campaigns.
- Deep understanding of paid social performance, including creative testing, budget pacing, and attribution.
- A strong mix of analytical and creative skills, able to interpret data and translate insights into ideas.
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads or TikTok Shop Ads desirable.
