This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading financial services brand that’s undergoing a major marketing transformation. You’ll play a key role in shaping how marketing performance is measured, analysed, and optimised, building a new data and analytics function from the ground up.

You’ll bridge the gap between data, marketing strategy, and leadership, translating insight into action and driving smarter, data-led decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a new marketing analytics function, focused on data-led growth
• Design and implement performance measurement frameworks across all marketing channels
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, GA, Adobe, and Google Tag Manager
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights for marketing and leadership teams
• Analyse campaign, customer, and market data to inform strategy and spend allocation
• Evaluate ROI and marketing effectiveness to support commercial decision-making

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience in marketing data, analytics, and measurement
• Advanced proficiency with GA, Power BI, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with large-scale customer data and multi-million-pound budgets
• Commercial thinker with the ability to connect marketing performance to business outcomes
