Contract: 6 Month FTC (potential to extend or go perm)
Location: London (full time with hybrid office days - 2 days per week)
Day Rate / Salary: £45-48K pro rata depending on experience

We’re looking for a Social Senior Account Manager with strong social media and client services experience to join a fast-paced creative agency on a 6-month FTC. You’ll work across a portfolio of exciting global brands, spanning lifestyle, tech, consumer goods and entertainment.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building client relationships, managing social-first campaigns end-to-end, and leading teams to deliver impactful creative work. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and be at the heart of delivering innovative, socially-led brand activations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow client accounts with a focus on social-first campaigns.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior clients, delivering work that exceeds expectations.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, ensuring smooth delivery across multiple accounts.
  • Oversee campaign strategy, creative development, insights, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal creative, strategy, and production teams to bring campaigns to life.
  • Maintain budgets, timelines, and resourcing for your projects.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Ensure the overall quality and consistency of deliverables.

  • Proven experience managing social media campaigns within an agency environment.
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage relationships at senior levels.
  • Background in delivering integrated and cross-market campaigns.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills; thrives under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident managing teams and mentoring junior colleagues.
  • A passion for delivering creative, social-first campaigns for big brands.
