Job description
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to steer the strategic growth of a high-profile, athlete-led fashion brand. This is a rare opportunity to lead a label that sits at the intersection of elite global sport and contemporary streetwear.
You will be the architect of the brand’s digital identity, ensuring every collection launch is a high-impact cultural moment executed with commercial precision.
The Mission
- Brand Strategy: Define and evolve the brand’s positioning to deepen engagement with a global community and premium partners.
- The Digital Flagship: Complete ownership of the Shopify Plus ecosystem, optimizing for high-volume "drop" mechanics and a seamless premium aesthetic.
- Retention & Loyalty: Lead the CRM strategy via Klaviyo, building sophisticated lifecycles and loyalty schemes that turn fans into brand disciples.
- Integrated Campaigns: Orchestrate the global marketing calendar, aligning product releases with a fast-paced international event schedule.
- Executive Oversight: Act as the final guardian for all brand output, ensuring the tone of voice and creative execution remain uncompromisingly high.
The Profile
- Experience: 5+ years in marketing and brand management for high-growth fashion, streetwear, or luxury talent-led brands.
- Brand: experience ideally in brand activations, product launches, PR, events, sponsorships
- Technical Edge: Experience in marketing platforms such as Klaviyo and Shopify Plus (or similar)
- Operational Excellence: Proven ability to manage massive traffic spikes and tight deadlines surrounding major global events.
- Leadership: A natural mentor capable of fostering a culture of curiosity and high standards within a fast-moving studio environment.

- 4 days office, remote Wednesdays
Salary & Benefits
- £60,000 - £70,000 per annum
- 26 days off (20 days holiday plus Christmas shut down plus birthday), pension, learning and development fund
