Job description

[Employer hidden] are partnering with a reputable, independent creative agency who are looking to hire an Account Executive to join their growing team, playing a central role in managing client relationships and ensuring the smooth execution of projects that drive business growth. This position is responsible for the day-to-day delivery, coordination, and operational success of a key technology-focused client account. You will act as a key liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring that all work aligns with strategic objectives, is delivered on time, and achieves measurable results.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of projects for a dedicated client portfolio, ensuring high-quality output and long-term growth
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams (Creative, Media, Finance)
  • Oversee project timelines, workflows, and delivery to ensure alignment with broader marketing objectives
  • Support budget management and ensure projects are delivered within agreed financial parameters
  • Prepare and deliver reporting tools such as status updates and project evaluations, highlighting key insights
  • Conduct digital commerce and content audits to identify optimisation opportunities
  • Develop and manage detailed project timelines, proactively identifying risks and communicating changes
  • Monitor costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency without compromising quality
  • Coordinate with external suppliers and partners to support seamless project execution
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders through consistent communication
  • Identify opportunities for organic account growth, including upselling and cross-selling services
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all client and industry interactions
  • Coordinate and attend on-site video and photography shoots
  • Manage logistics including call sheets, product handling, and shoot preparation
  • Ensure all creative output aligns with approved briefs and brand guidelines
  • Act as the operational lead between client and creative teams during production
  • Oversee post-production workflows, including review and approval of final assets

Skills required:

  • Strong interest in e-commerce and digital commerce environments, including online retail platforms
  • Understanding of integrated marketing across physical and digital channels including shopper marketing
  • High attention to detail across project management, content review, and production processes
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Calm, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work across cross-functional teams

Hours: Full time

Salary: £27,500-32,000, dependent on experience

Office Location: South East London

Office requirements: 2 days per week in the office
