Job description
I'm currently recruiting for a PR Manager on behalf of one of our largest clients, a global powerhouse in the FMCG industry. They own a prestigious portfolio of world-class drinks brands and are looking for someone to join the global communications team to drive the earned reputation of their household names. This is a 12 month fixed-term contract for 12 months
The Opportunity
In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Comms Manager to champion storytelling and creative excellence across all earned touchpoints. You will be responsible for:
- Strategic Planning: Developing integrated PR campaigns that support long-term brand positioning and commercial objectives.
- Media Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships across consumer, lifestyle, trade, and corporate channels.
- Narrative Development: Crafting compelling press materials and shaping campaign narratives that cut through in earned channels.
- Agency Management: Partnering with external agencies to ensure best-in-class execution and creative value.
- Reputation & Insights: Monitoring media sentiment and using data to refine strategies and protect brand equity.
Your Profile
My client is looking for a confident communicator who can challenge conventional thinking to create standout moments. To be successful, you should have:
- Industry Experience: A background in PR within FMCG, drinks, lifestyle, or relevant agency environments.
- Media Network: A strong track record in media relations with established UK press contacts.
- Exceptional Writing: The ability to translate complex brand insights into clear, engaging, and distinctive stories.
- Sustainability Focus: Demonstrated experience in sustainability-focused storytelling.
- Project Management: The ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail and organisational skills.

Salary & Benefits
- £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
