The Role:
We’re working with a leading creative agency looking for a Social Account Manager to join their team and lead on a variety of consumer brand accounts. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day social media management, delivering social-first campaigns, and collaborating with creative, influencer, and production teams to bring ideas to life. This is a hands-on role where you’ll act as the main client contact, build strong relationships, and ensure projects run smoothly from brief to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships across multiple consumer brands.
  • Lead the rollout of social-first campaigns end-to-end.
  • Partner with creative, influencer, and production teams to deliver high-quality work.
  • Identify and manage influencer activity across campaigns and always-on programmes.
  • Oversee budgets, scopes, and timelines for social campaigns.
  • Support and mentor junior team members.
  • Analyse campaign performance using social reporting tools.

About You:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in social media management (agency background preferred).
  • Proven success delivering impactful social campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of content creation, community management, and paid media.
  • Confident presenting to clients and managing stakeholders.
  • Experience guiding junior team members.
  • Skilled with social reporting and scheduling tools (e.g. Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later).
  • Creative thinker with a genuine passion for social media.

Project Scope & Duration: 3month contract with review to extend
Rate: £36-45K pro rata
Location & Workplace Policy: Hybrid 3 days a week in London offices (Central)
