[Employer hidden] are partnering with an independent branding agency, looking for a proactive and motivated Account Manager to support the delivery of high-quality client work across brand, innovation, and experience projects.
Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
- Work closely with senior team members to contribute to overall project outputs
- Take increasing ownership of individual responsibilities and proactively flag challenges
- Assist in preparing and presenting work internally and, over time, to clients
- Contribute to new business initiatives and support marketing outputs
- Help identify opportunities for client growth and engagement
- Support research and insight gathering across cultural, consumer, and industry trends
- Contribute to strategic thinking, storytelling, and creative development
- Gain exposure to tools and methodologies across innovation and experience design
- Demonstrate curiosity in client interactions, asking thoughtful questions to uncover opportunities
- Support strategic discussions and contribute to client presentations
- Stay informed on trends and feed insights into the wider team
- Work cross-functionally with creative and strategy teams to deliver cohesive outputs
- Support wider team initiatives including pitches, RFPs, and growth projects
- Assist with resource coordination and project planning where needed
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders
Experience required:
- 2+ years’ experience in account management or project management, ideally within a branding agency
- Budget management experience essential
- Ability to travel internationally at least twice per quarter for client workshops, key project meetings, and to spend time on the ground with clients.
Hours: Full time (9am – 6pm)
Salary: £35-38,000 depending on experience
Office Location: East Central London – 3 days per week in office (Mondays and Thursdays essential)
