Role: Freelance Social Media Manager (with content creation)
Contract: Rolling contract (ASAP start, potential temp-to-perm)
Day Rate: £300per day (inside IR35, umbrella only)
Location: Hybrid, London – 8 office days per month (flexible)
We’re working with a leading employer branding and creative agency who partner with some of the world’s most recognisable corporate brands. Their mission? To take often “serious” brands and bring them to life in creative, engaging, and social-first ways.
As their new Social Media Manager, you’ll join a supportive team of 10 within social, and collaborating with creative, production and film specialists to craft content that delivers impact while keeping things fresh and fun.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and executing social strategies across multiple employer branding clients
- Creating and curating original content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Owning social calendars, content planning, copywriting, scheduling and reporting
- Collaborating with internal creative, film, and production teams to bring bold ideas to life
- Working closely with clients to keep their tone consistent while injecting creativity into their feeds
- Tracking performance metrics and advising on how to optimise campaigns
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager (agency background preferred & experience working with corporate clients)
- Skilled in content creation – from posts to short-form video editing (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
- Comfortable working with corporate or employer branding clients while keeping content lively and relatable
- A creative problem solver who can bring ideas to life with flair
- Knowledge of social trends, platforms, and tools, with an analytical eye to measure success
- Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative team environment
