A renowned not-for-profit cultural institution entering an exciting new chapter is looking for a Head of Creative
This is a rare opportunity to define and elevate creative output across a historic, purpose-led organisation — shaping how it shows up across campaigns, content, digital, events and publishing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and define the creative vision across all channels
- Oversee campaigns, content, digital, events and editorial output
- Inspire and manage a multidisciplinary creative team
- Ensure consistently high standards of creative excellence
- Translate strategy into compelling, audience-focused creative
- Develop ideas that engage and grow diverse audiences
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in creative leadership and design direction
- Proven ability to translate strategy into high-quality creative work
- Deep understanding of culture, media and audience behaviour
- Experience leading and developing creative teams
- Ability to connect brand, storytelling and cultural relevance
Salary & Benefits
- £65-70k (DOE)
