A renowned not-for-profit cultural institution entering an exciting new chapter is looking for a Head of Creative

This is a rare opportunity to define and elevate creative output across a historic, purpose-led organisation — shaping how it shows up across campaigns, content, digital, events and publishing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and define the creative vision across all channels
  • Oversee campaigns, content, digital, events and editorial output
  • Inspire and manage a multidisciplinary creative team
  • Ensure consistently high standards of creative excellence
  • Translate strategy into compelling, audience-focused creative
  • Develop ideas that engage and grow diverse audiences

Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in creative leadership and design direction
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into high-quality creative work
  • Deep understanding of culture, media and audience behaviour
  • Experience leading and developing creative teams
  • Ability to connect brand, storytelling and cultural relevance

Salary & Benefits
