We’re on the lookout for a Night Porter to join our team! Self-reliant, you’ll need to enjoy your own company and be resourceful enough to tackle any challenges that arise. But that’s not all, you’ll be on call to support our guests – ensuring their hotel stay is a memorable one.

Make a difference to the moments that matter to us and our guests. As the face of our [Employer hidden] Inns after hours, you’ll be solely responsible for running the business overnight. Self-reliant, you’ll need to enjoy your own company and be resourceful enough to tackle any challenges that arise. But that’s not all, you’ll be on call to support our guests – ensuring their hotel stay is a memorable one.
As Night Porter and part of our wider hotel and pub team you’ll:
- Work throughout the night. Usually between 11pm and 7am
- Be on call to take care of our guests needs, over the phone and face to face
- Be professional and friendly when interacting with guests
- Be responsible for the safety and security of the pub and hotel guests
- Complete tasks that set the pub and hotel team up for success the following day

What hours would I need to work?
The nature of our industry means that we are able to offer a range of flexible shifts to suit your needs. Being a 7-day a week business, our night porters are also required to work weekends so that we can ensure our pubs & hotels are safe & compliant for our guests every day of the week.
