- Be responsible for the performance, standards, and culture across multiple pub operations.
- Coach and support Pub Operators to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead on people development, succession planning, and operational excellence.
- Ensuring compliance, health & safety, and brand standards across all pubs.
- Deliver financial targets through insightful planning and strategic leadership.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across your area.
