As an Area Operations Manager, you’ll inspire our Pub Operators, elevate guest experiences, and drive performance across your sites. You’ll bring the best out of every team, guiding them through everyday moments and the extraordinary ones. Ready to make a bigger impact?

  • Proven leadership across multi-site hospitality or retail operations.
  • Strong commercial awareness with a track record of driving sales and profitability.
  • Supporting, coaching and developing managers to achieve their potential.
  • Ability to analyse business performance and create action plans that deliver results.
  • Skilled in building strong relationships with teams, guests, and local communities.
  • Comfortable navigating fast-paced environments and making confident decisions.

As Area Operations Manager, you'll...

  • Be responsible for the performance, standards, and culture across multiple pub operations.
  • Coach and support Pub Operators to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Lead on people development, succession planning, and operational excellence.
  • Ensuring compliance, health & safety, and brand standards across all pubs.
  • Deliver financial targets through insightful planning and strategic leadership.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across your area.
