- Experience in a similar Head Housekeeper or Cleaning Manager role.
- Ability to train and effectively manage a team.
- Exceptional organisational and leadership skills.

- Pro-actively lead and support your team, resulting in a highly motivated and engaged housekeeping team.
- Be accountable for the housekeeping department responsibilities of cleaning, maintaining and providing supplies to hotel rooms, bathrooms and other communal areas within the hotel.
- Regularly inspect hotel rooms, ensuring high levels of cleanliness are maintained.
- Support your team to progress, grow and develop into future Head Housekeepers, or other hotel and pub roles.
- Ensure you and your housekeeping team follow and maintain company procedures and standards.
