- Support the General Manager in achieving financial performance and profitability through recruitment, development and leadership of a high performing, engaged team.
- Deputise for your General Manager when needed, being accountable for the successful running of the pub.
- Inspire and motivate your pub team on every shift.
- Be passionate about doing the right thing for your team and guests.
- Be able to progress into a General Manager role, running your own pub (if that’s what you want) with the support of our Manager Training programme.
