First Response Claims Handler

Location: Uxbridge | Type: Full-Time Hybrid

Working hours: Monday to Friday Covering hours between 8am - 6pm (shifts 8-430pm & 930-6pm) 1 in 4 Saturdays 930am - 330pm 1 shift per week 1030-730pm

We’ve been helping non-fault drivers get back on the road for 30 years, by providing like-for-like replacement vehicles, expert claims assistance and a genuinely caring service. As we continue to grow, we are looking for First Response Claims Handlers to join our fast-paced, fun and supportive team!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Handling new accident referrals from our trusted partners and guiding our clients through the initial steps in their claim.
  • Investigating accident details to assess liability, damages and potential fraud!
  • Explaining our services and benefits to our clients in a clear & confident way – feeling confident in negotiating and sales skills is a benefit!
  • Organising suitable replacement vehicles quickly and efficiently.
  • Managing multiple client accounts with empathy and professionalism.
  • Making smart, commercial decisions that benefit both the customer and the business!
  • Delivering top-tier customer service with empathy & energy!
  • Promoting our services with confidence and care!

What You Bring:

  • A friendly and engaging phone manner.
  • Strong communication, listening skills, and decision-making skills.
  • Great time management and attention to detail.
  • The ability to stay calm and make quick, informed decisions
  • A passion for helping people and working in a team
  • A team-first attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook)
  • Bonus points for knowledge of the automotive or insurance world—but not essential!
