Lettings Negotiator – Shoreditch

Responsibilities:

• Conducting viewings and letting properties
• Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
• Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
• Being proactive and willing to demonstrate skills to seek and retain business.

• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• A professional, positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic approach
• A strong customer focus.
• Desire to meet and exceed targets.
• Self-motivation with a `can do` attitude.
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work on your own as well as in a team.
• Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills
• Full UK driving licence & Own vehicle

Duties of this exciting Junior Lettings Negotiator role will include;

• Registering applicants
• Matching properties to applicants needs
• Conducting viewings
• Negotiating and closing deals (assistance from Managers initially)
• Listing Properties
• Liaising with clients, landlords and tenants

To be considered for the Junior Lettings Negotiator position you will have the following qualities:

• Some experience in lettings or sales
• Customer focused
• Positive, ambitious and enthusiastic
• Excellent communication skills
• Full UK driving licence essential
