Experienced Lettings Negotiator – Palmers Green
Salary £25,000 – £30,000 OTE £45,000 - £50,000
Driver with own Car required.
5 days a week including Saturdays.

Our client is looking for an Experienced Lettings Negotiator to work within their Palmers Green branch. Providing their clients with a positive experience and always going the extra mile gives them a proven track record for success. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a friendly and professional service.
- Arrange, organise, and conduct viewings and valuations.
- Achieve all daily and weekly targets.
- Register new applicants, manage, update, and maintain regular contact with existing applicants.
- Advise, update and maintain excellent relationship with landlords on all letting’s requirements.
- Managing the process from start to finish.

- The ability to engage and work well within a successful team.
- A full and clean UK driving licence.
