FULL DESCRIPTION
Lettings Administrator – Southgate
Salary £25,000 - £30,000
Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
Our client is looking for a friendly and outgoing Lettings Administrator to join their team based on a busy high street in Southgate. This is a new role to the branch and an amazing opportunity for you to put a mark on what you do. You will be working with established and knowledgeable members of staff who will be able to assist you in your growth and development within the business. An opportunity not to be missed.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:-
- Prepare tenancy agreements.
- Complete referencing process
- Liaise with tenants and landlords.
- All Aspects of Renewals
- Facilitate the checkout process.
- End of tenancy related administration
- Understanding of legal / compliance requirements
- Effectively manage the office diary system
- Arrange inventories, gas safety certificates, keys, electric checks EPC.
- Handle all enquiries and record new tenant applications.
- Update website of property details

- Ability to communicate with others in a professional and helpful manner both face to face and on the telephone
