Front of House Sales Administrator

This is a great opportunity for a first-class Sales Administrator who is looking to join a prestigious property company in the heart of Fitzrovia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide an outstanding first point of contact for clients and visitors.
  • Undertake a wide variety of administration tasks to assist the sales department including updating and maintaining the company website, portals, CRM database, window displays and marketing schedules.
  • Telephone enquiries any client/applicant/tenant queries promptly and professionally.
  • Send out all correspondence relating to the instruction and sales of our properties.
  • Maintain an accurate record of allocation & movement of property keys.
  • Manage systems relating to company compliance, AML requirements etc to ensure adherence to industry requirements.
  • Liaise with third party suppliers such as photographers, telephone suppliers, and property portals.
  • Handle basic customer/client questions, queries and registrations during busy periods, co-ordinate advertising; continually seek to improve systems and increase efficiency and being responsible for sourcing interesting property news and posting it on our various social media marketing platforms.
  • Maintain a system to ensure company compliance with industry guidelines and requirements such as money laundering and contract management for new instructions.
  • Diary management

Requirements & Person Specification:

  • Previous experience in an administrative /service background or customer facing role.
  • An outstanding individual who prides themselves in delivering first class service every time.
  • An enthusiastic self-starter who understands the company values and can implement them positively each day.
  • First-class communication skills
  • Good business writing skills - grammar, punctuation, and spelling
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and willingness to learn new software packages.
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
