Lettings Manager - Hackney

£30,000 - £35,000 Commission £60k OTE plus car or car allowance 5 Day week to include Saturday’s Monday – Thursday 9am – 6:30pm Friday – 9am- 5pm Our client based in an excellent Hackney location with a fantastic salary and commission structure. They pride themselves on customer service with the bonus of working in a stylish office. About the position: As the Lettings Manager for this Hackney office, you will be responsible for driving forward the Lettings business and for overseeing the Lettings team, ensuring they perform to the required standard. The role also includes the promotion and marketing of the department to endeavour to increase the annual turnover and the profit margin of the department within the office. Responsibilities: - Create the largest active market share of any agent in the area - Maximise revenues and grow the property register as the main instruction taker for the branch - Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations - Maximise branch profit and achieve all financial targets - Manage performance of employees - Influence a result through effective team management The ideal candidate will: - Have previous Estate Agency experience and customer service experience - Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement - Be able to work effectively managing a team - Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times - Display high standards of service and presentation - Have good organisational skills - Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth - Be a car owner with a full driving licence If you are interested in this Lettings Manager position and would like to know more please email your CV or telephone us on a strictly private and confidential basis.
