Lettings Negotiator - Canary Wharf
Basic Salary £18,000 - £22,000 + Commission and car allowance
Description
Our client, a hugely successful independent covering most of London are looking for a negotiator for their thriving Canary Wharf office. A great brand to be part of, they put people first and are looking for negotiators who share their ethos. They have followed this for over 60 years, and it ensures their clients just keep coming back time and time again!! They are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator who would love to become part of a great team and work for a company where staff retention is high!
- Conducting viewings and letting properties
- Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
- Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
- Being proactive and willing to demonstrate skills to seek and retain business.
About You:
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A professional, positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic approach
- A strong customer focus.
- Desire to meet and exceed targets.
- Self-motivation with a `can do` attitude.
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work on your own as well as in a team.
- Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills
- Full UK driving licence & Own vehicle
Excellent Benefits:
- Healthy Basic Salary
- 8-10% personal commission £35k OTE
- £200-250 per month car allowance

- 20 days holiday Annual leave
- Hours - Monday – Thursday 9am - 6pm, Friday 9am - 5.30pm
- Every other Saturday 9.30am – 1.30pm
