Estate Agency Office Administrator
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday: 9.00 am to 6.00pm, 1 in every 3 Saturday 10am – 2pm
Description
Our client based in Camden are looking to expand their team and appoint a competent Sales & Lettings Administrator to embrace all aspects of this busy office.
Your experience in a similar position within property is invaluable and we are looking for candidates with bags and bags of energy & enthusiasm. The requirement is for a proactive, versatile, and self-assured individual who will be able to carry out tasks through to a successful conclusion, able to work quickly and accurately under pressure whilst maintaining excellent customer service.
About the role:
- Assisting the Sales & Lettings teams
- Using Veco & RPS to upload property details and client information.
- Typing valuation and instruction letters
- Preparing, updating and printing property lists
- Preparing Property details
- Reception – making sure that the reception area is stocked up with property magazines and property lists at all times.
- Weekly stationary ordering via the online stationary system
- Updating and maintaining the company website with updated property details.
- Advertising – preparing and proofreading all adverts for weekly & monthly publications
- Organising Photography, floorplans and relevant statutory documents.
- Opening, date stamping and distributing post, franking outgoing mail.
- General administration duties and canvassing
- Ordering property boards to be erected or removed.
- Management of gas safety and electrical system, arranging gas and electrical safety certificates.
- Chasing Gas & electrical safety certificates and sending copies to Landlords and Tenants.
- Overseeing the monthly renewals for the office including sending of initial letters to landlords, preparing renewal paperwork and chasing in signed renewal documents.
Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent typing skills, grammar and proof-reading skills are required.
- Organised, motivated, and able to work under pressure.
- Be able to meet deadlines and use their own initiative.
- Excellent meet and greet and telephone manner.
- Good IT skills including intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
- Good customer relations and communication skills are required.
