An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly motivated individual to join one of Londons fastest-growing independent advisory firms.  Specialists in advising innovative occupiers and investors with their real estate strategy and operations in the inner-city commercial property market, they are looking for a driven individual to join the team as Director of Agency.  The role is a critical leadership position that involves providing strategic direction, business development and overseeing agency activities with particular focus on industrial properties.

As Director of Agency you will be working closely with a broad range of clients including institutional & private Investors, and a host of prominent occupiers throughout the UK.

Yours will be a truly involved role, this firm also provides consultancy led professional services such as asset management, rent reviews, lease expires and leas regearing for market leading industrial landlords including a portfolio of estates across Hackney, Fulham, Brixton, Park Royal, Camberwell & Greenwich.

More about the role;

Business Development:

• Support the team through strategic client engagement.
• Develop and execute the strategic plan for business growth in the inner-city commercial property market.
• Identify and cultivate relationships to work with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare reports & marketing materials.
• Foster a collaborative & results-driven work environment.
• Set annual targets, KPIS and implement strategies to achieve.

Occupier & Investor Advisory:

• Provide expert guidance occupiers & investors in the industrial sector.
• Autonomous customer relationship management.
• Stay up to date with market trends, new entrants, supply and demand dynamics, and emerging opportunities to provide valuable insights to clients.
• Build a strong network and rapport with industry agents and stakeholders inindustrial sectors.

Professional services incl. Asset Management & lease Re-gears:

• Offer professional services to owners and investors related to asset Management & lease re-gears for commercial portfolios.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key institutional clients.
• Understanding clients’ unique requirements, ensuring delivery of high-quality services.
• Implement strategies to optimise asset performance.
• Maximise lease re-gearing opportunities.
• Work closely with leading inner-city investor on their portfolio of industrial estates.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years post RICS qualification
• Experience in Landlord & Tenant
• Proven track record of success in the London commercial property market.
• Strong network and established relationships with key stake holders in the industry.
• Entrepreneurial drive alongside being client-centric at all times.
• Effective project management skills, working to tight timelines and prioritising tasks.
• Enthusiasm, with a strong sense of commitment to a career in a growing, dynamic, fast-paced business.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Extensive experience in business development and client relationship management.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and commercial property markets and trends.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
