Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in our London Head Office. In this role, you will lead key marketing channels, drive revenue growth via our focus on LTV & Loyalty, and play a key role in connecting marketing across all business units. We are looking for an experience marketeer who can hit the ground running, and will thrive in a fast-paced working environment. You’ll be leading on our consumer calendar and how the brand shows up both online and in our clinics around the world – owning both ecommerce and clinic support will be vital for the success of this role.

About the position

Your responsibilities and the qualities we're looking for.

  • Be a champion for our products and customers—deeply understand their needs and how our products benefit them.
  • Plan and manage the e-commerce and EDM (email marketing) calendar in collaboration with the Head of Marketing.
  • Take ownership of EDM execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Monitor and report on performance, providing weekly insights on EDM campaigns and website activity.
  • Analyse market trends and make recommendations to leadership and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with our product developer to plan launches and product campaigns.
  • Lead day-to-day website updates, working with external agencies on more complex enhancements.
  • Collaborate with our external design agency, creating clear and effective briefs that align with internal objectives.
  • Lead the management and growth of our consumer loyalty program across ecommerce and clinic locations.
  • Drive customer lifetime value (LTV) through retention strategies, upselling, cross-selling, and optimising the consumer journey.
  • Coordinate copy submissions for media requests and be in constant contact with our PR agency.
  • Support the sales team on event execution
  • Support colleagues in the marketing team on execution across social channels, design projects, and seasonal campaigns.

Our requirements

You will need to meet these requirements to be eligible for the position.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, including strong e-commerce exposure.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce, website management, and email marketing (EDM).
  • Demonstrable success in driving customer lifetime value (LTV) through loyalty programs and optimised consumer journeys.
  • Experience in new customer acquisition via campaigns, paid social, and organic growth initiatives.
  • Comfortable working with commercial targets and metrics, with a track record of data-driven decision-making that impacts sales.
  • Ideally experienced in a branded environment (rather than pure e-commerce or resellers); sectors such as health, tech, or wellness are relevant.
  • Exposure to PR, including coordinating copy and campaigns, and managing agencies or freelancers.
  • Proven ability to lead agencies, freelancers, and external partners effectively.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Open to adopting AI and emerging technologies to drive marketing innovation.
  • Collaborative team player who works effectively across departments.
  • Professional, with the ambition and capability to lead marketing for a global brand.
  • Shopper-focused, always thinking from the perspective of the consumer.
  • Calm and composed under pressure, able to handle last-minute changes with ease.
