Job summary

We are recruiting for a highly motivated and results-driven Clinic Manager to join our team. You will be working in our beautiful Kings Road Clinic.

Your primary goal will be to focus on the daily running of the clinic ensuring that all aspects are running smoothly. Driving revenue, holding trainings, supporting the clinic team, provide 5* customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints.

About the position

Your responsibilities and the qualities we're looking for.

  • You will report to the Head of Clinics
  • Managing daily operations of the clinic, ensuring high levels of customer service and operational efficiency
  • Engage with prospective clients via various communication channels, including calls and emails
  • Upselling of appointments to increase product sales/revenue

  • Be a leader to support, train and develop your team
  • Undertake effective stock takes and spot check/audits regularly
  • Place orders for stock (retail & professional) along with orders for all consumables
  • Manage clinic staff, always ensuring you are in line with company policies and procedures
  • Creating rotas
  • Approve team holidays and managing sickness in People HR
  • Report staff issues as they arise, update relevant platforms and elevate to Head of Clinics if needed
  • Stepping in as and when needed to support the operation due to holiday/sickness
  • Ensure employee KPIs & targets are shared with the team, monitored and exceeded
  • Ensure [Employer hidden] clinic standards are maintained including but not limited to cleanliness and maintenance of equipment
  • Own and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage clinic diaries, ensuring the clinics are maximising every opportunity
  • Answer and review phone calls to ensure KPI’s are met
  • Undertake end of day cashing up & sending revenue reports
  • Work five days a week in clinic, including weekends. Please note remote working will not be considered.

Our requirements

You will need to meet these requirements to be eligible for the position.

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in sales strategy development and execution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset
  • Experience in Front of House and/or Customer Service duties
  • Ability to work efficiently and be self-motivated
  • Be a quick learner who is willing to advance their skills with a view to career progression within the company
  • Business App experience such as Workday/PeopleHR
  • Computer literacy such as Outlook/Word as well as being experienced in appointment booking systems
  • Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and inspire staff and colleagues
  • Be capable of building strong and professional relationships and work within a team environment
  • Have an excellent phone manner and have a good command of both written and spoken English
