Associate Director

Are you an experienced market research professional looking for an exciting next step in your career? Do you enjoy delivering fantastic work and developing strong client relationships?This is a client-facing role within the research team, with the primary aim of supporting and developing an online UK consumer community on one of our flagship accounts. You will be part of an established team located across different offices. As a hands-on researcher with sector knowledge, commitment to excellence in delivery and  great story-telling skills, you will be able to add real insight at client debriefs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engaging with clients, designing research projects, crafting proposals, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Bringing real commercial value to debrief presentations through smart data interpretation and strategic awareness.
  • Building and growing long-term relationships with clients to sustain and strengthen the community.
  • Identifying opportunities for additional community initiatives and ad-hoc workstreams to drive continued success.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Sector knowledge in food, drink, household care, and personal care is expected.
  • Concept/product testing experience will make candidates stand out.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with an understanding of how to add commercial value to client projects.
  • Experience within both small and large agencies would be beneficial.
  • Quantitative expertise is required, while qualitative experience is desirable (though not necessarily as a practitioner).
  • Strong self-management, organization, and communication skills are important for success in this role
