What to Expect

You’ll play a key role in supporting and enhancing [Employer hidden]’s Microsoft 365 and collaboration environment — including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform and Copilot. In this delivery‑focused role, you’ll provide day‑to‑day administration, user support and governance, while helping to deliver impactful low‑code solutions that improve the digital workplace.

What You'll Do

  • Enterprise support: provide 1st/2nd line support across Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform) including access, permissions, troubleshooting and knowledge articles.
  • Platform administration: manage tenant and workload admin settings, licensing hygiene, SharePoint/Team provisioning, administration of lifecycle control systems and service requests aligned to standards.
  • Governance & compliance: apply and support information protection, retention, guest access, sharing controls and maintain documentation.
  • Low-code delivery: build and support Power Apps/Power Automate solutions and lightweight web apps (within guardrails), including testing/UAT support and basic ALM practices.
  • Copilot enablement: support rollout and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot agents (where applicable), including guidance, FAQs and best‑practice patterns.
  • Operational excellence: monitor service health, assist with incident/problem management, maintain business critical automations and support continuous improvement.
  • Reporting & insights: create and maintain dashboards/metrics (e.g., adoption, usage, platform health) to support product and service decisions.
  • Integration support: assist with connectors, third‑party collaboration tools and API-based automations; escalate complex engineering items appropriately.

What You'll Bring

  • Practical experience administering Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive and related admin centres) in an enterprise environment.
  • Comfortable translating user needs into configurations/low-code solutions and explaining outcomes in plain language.
  • Basic web application development capability (simple front end pages/components) and confidence using AI assisted/agentic coding tools to rapidly prototype and iterate solutions—while keeping disciplined code review and avoiding ungoverned ‘vibe coding’ into production.
  • Working knowledge of identity and access concepts (Entra ID roles/groups), security and compliance controls (e.g., MFA, conditional access awareness, data protection/retention concepts).
