We’re looking for a dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our welcoming and well-established team at [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Welling in South East London. This role offers a four**-day working week, with either 1:3 Saturdays or 1:6 full weekends, fair share of Bank Holidays and on-call** cover at our nearby 24-hour hospital at Dartford.
Registered veterinary Nurse
As a Nurse you will be accountable for the clinical delivery of nurse led appointments and will be required to support the Vet with procedures as required ensuring we deliver exceptional care always there to our clients, patients and colleagues whilst maintaining the highest levels of regulatory and operational standards and compliance.
At Welling, you’ll work alongside a dedicated Lead Vet, supported by an experienced nursing team, in a friendly and collaborative atmosphere where patient care is always the priority. The practice is well-equipped with digital x-ray, ultrasound, in-house lab**, and spacious consult and theatre rooms.
Welling itself is a peaceful suburban area with a strong community feel, yet it’s just a short commute to central London via Southeastern Rail and local bus links**. What you’ll be doing
Typically, in this role, you’ll:
- Deliver exceptional care to patients, carrying out nurse led appointments and schedule 3 activities, supporting consults, surgeries and procedures, complying with all regulatory, practice and operational standards
- Deliver patient monitoring and care, and manage admissions and discharges
- Deliver exceptional care to your clients
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team
