Registered Veterinary Nurse

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a well-equipped, community-focused practice where high clinical standards, teamwork, and patient care are at the heart of everything we do.

You’ll play a key role in nurse consults, theatre, inpatient care, and supporting our vets, with opportunities to develop your skills and interests through CPD and [Employer hidden]’s wider network.

This is a full time role working 4 days a week with 1:6 full weekends at the local 24 hour Hospital.

About you

You’re a RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional patient and client care.  You’re a team player who wants to make a real difference in a practice that values and supports you.

What you’ll be doing

Typically, in this role, you’ll:

  • Deliver exceptional care to patients, carrying out nurse led appointments and schedule 3 activities, supporting consults, surgeries and procedures, complying with all regulatory, practice and operational standards
  • Deliver patient monitoring and care, and manage admissions and discharges
  • Deliver exceptional care to your clients
  • Work collaboratively within a supportive team
