Team Description

In alignment with the Bank and GLO's strategic objectives, the Lending Transformation Team delivers end-to-end change initiatives, from discovery through to implementation, and provides ongoing oversight of the processes and systems supporting GLO operations.
The team drives operational efficiency, strengthens control frameworks, and enhances process consistency through optimisation, standardisation, and automation initiatives.
The team is also responsible for the development and governance of management information (MI) and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely visibility of performance, capacity, risk, and delivery metrics.

Migration & Operational Readiness

- Event-driven data migration oversight (in partnership with PCLO)
- Parallel run design
- Operational dress rehearsals

Additional Operational Considerations (for completeness)
To ensure a robust operational implementation, we should also account for:

- MI and reporting design (including regulatory reporting impacts)
- Customer communication (regulation compliant) templates and servicing impact mapping
- Collections and arrears workflow configuration
