Learning Experience Manager

You will play a critical role in helping us shape the learning agenda of the organisation and enable out of the ordinary learning experiences for individuals, teams, and the organisation.

What will you be doing?

  • Ensure that learning experiences are delivered in a manner that attends to individual development in the context of business and team performance.
  • Actively promote a learning philosophy aligned to [Employer hidden]'s culture and values.
  • End to end operational management of learning experiences, from needs analysis and design to evaluation and ROI assessment.
  • Maintenance and continuous improvement of learning initiatives through an active process of ongoing feedback and review to ensure they are fit for purpose and continue to address business needs.
  • Co-ordinate across the organisation to ensure learning activities are properly planned, joined up, well communicated, commercially viable and effectively delivered with an intention to minimize duplication and ensure leverage.
  • Demonstrate how learning, wellbeing and culture work together to drive strong organisational performance. The confidence to speak to this in front of a variety of audiences, including leadership teams, townhalls, and ExCo's.

What are we looking for?

  • Passion for learning, with experience in a Learning role previously.
  • Programme and Project Management: Strong capability in managing projects and events, including budgeting and stakeholder management.
  • Learning Methodologies: Knowledge of adult learning theories, modern practices, and proficiency in learning experience platforms.
  • Data Management: Strong skills in data management, regulatory reporting, and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for lifelong learning and personal development.
