Junior Account Manager
Fabric Recruitment are proud to be working with one of Nottingham's most employee focused and progressive business, who due to a recent growth are looking to add to their already close nit and established team.
Description of the role:
- Supporting with customer accounts so that revenue is retained, and targets are met
- Manage and develop relationships with clients, seeking and acting on any cross or up-sale opportunities
- Maintain relationships and regular contact with existing clients, offering high standards of customer service
- Understanding client requirements, following up any enquires in order to make sure expectations are managed and met
- Ensuring all contracts and relevant paperwork is updated as required and compliance is maintained
About you:
- Happy to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Customer service experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office, intermediate excel skills would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills,
- Customer orientated
- Ability to work as part of a team
- High level of attention to detail
