FULL DESCRIPTION

Working for a sucessful, fast paced company, we are looking for someone to join our client as their new Marketing Manager. There is a lot of solo work but also opportunities to work alongside different departments to build campaigns and content. You will need to be confident in managing different aspects of marketing including digital, content, social media, email, and brand marketing.

£35,000 - £45,000 DOE

Description of the role:

  • Social media marketing - creating and sharing content on LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
  • Create and manage campaigns; create content for these campaigns including social media content, landing pages, blog posts, emails etc.
  • Copywriting, mainly for digital channels
  • Email marketing
  • Ensuring we keep within the marketing budget and logging all marketing spending
  • Managing content on the website and ensuring it is up to date, using a CMS platform
  • Managing merchandise stock
  • Market research
  • Liaising with the MD, Sales team and Events
  • Liaising with our manufacturers for any cross over campaigns and marketing content
  • Broad understanding and experience of the different avenues of marketing

About you:

  • Strong organisation skills
  • Experience managing social media accounts
  • Experience analysing campaigns and reporting on them when necessary
  • Innovative and ability to use initiative
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Competent at working on your own
  • Experience of HubSpot or other marketing software
  • Blog writing
  • B2B marketing

This is a full-time position and the hours are:

Monday -Thursday 8:30am - 17:30pm

Friday - 8:30am - 17:00. Hybrid working available if needed, 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
