Finance Assistant

Loughborough

£14.35ph

Temporary - To start Monday 17th June

Description of the role:

  • Process invoices, manage payments, and maintain cash book records.
  • Raise invoices and manage receivables efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment, covering acquisition companies.
  • Basic understanding of VAT and its application in financial processes.
  • Opportunity to take on account management responsibilities if desired

About you:

  • Previous experience in accounts payable and receivables.
  • Basic knowledge of VAT.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in using accounting software and tools.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
