Fabric Recruitment are proud to be working with one of Nottingham's most employee focused and progressive business, who due to a tremendous amount of growth are seeking a passionate Business Development Manager for the Waste Services sector to support the business with developing new accounts.
Description of the role:
- Support the businesses aims in developing new accounts in targeted sectors and geographic locations.
- Maintain constant communication with management, staff, with new prospect development
- Develop a clear pipeline of prospects
- Implement and manage your own pipeline within the companies CRM
- Identify and pursue strategic and sales objectives
- Ensure prospecting activities remain on time and within a defined target area
- Develop the role with an eye on how we develop as a national brand
- Call new prospects and build pipeline
- Manage CRM database with clear tasks
- Meet with new prospects and develop sales
- Email contact with new prospects
- Attend new business opportunities, meetings, networking, trade shows, exhibitions etc
About you:
- Experience in sales and or sales management
- 2+ years' proven experience in a field sales role
- Strong budget development and oversight skills
- Experience at business negotiation processes
- Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Environmental, FM or B2B sales
