Fabric Recruitment are pleased to be working with a growing local business who have seen a tremendous amount of growth over the past year. With their continued success they are now seeking a Sales Administrator to support their customers with enquires and quotations.

Description of the role:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Liaising with the sales teams to ensure a smooth journey for all clients.
  • Updating the CRM systems with detailed notes, about the customer's progress.
  • Supporting the Head of Estimating with quotes, leads and suppliers.
  • Supporting the Solar department with enquiries.
  • Assisting all teams across the organisation as required.

About you:

  • Previous experience within a customer service/sales administration role
  • Excellent administrations skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Results orientated
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communicator
