Fabric Recruitment are excited to be working with an award-winning business (one of the largest in their field) who are going through an exciting period of growth and are now looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join them

Description of the role:

  • - Taking inbound calls from customers.
  • - Responding to email enquiries.
  • - Providing advice and guidance across a range of products.
  • - Managing and escalating customer complaints.
  • - Ensure inboxes and portals are updated.
  • - Managing returns, faulty products, incorrect deliveries, and delayed deliveries whilst ensuring customers are kept up to date.

About you:

  • - Experience of working in a similar customer service role.
  • - A team player who can work well under pressure and maintain calmness during busy periods.
  • - A great communicator with exceptional customer service skills.
  • - Extremely strong administrative skills and ability to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.
  • - Able to use your own initiative and multi-task.
  • - A self-Sufficient, self-motivated and flexible individual.
  • - Comfortable using a range of IT systems and a willingness to learn new ones.
