Weekend Volunteer Retail Assistant (Welwyn)

We are looking for Retail Volunteers to assist us in on the weekends in our Welwyn Garden City Shops. If you have a few hours to spare each week and would like to help out in one of our shops, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing:

Under the leadership of your Shop Manager, you will be assisting with:

Providing the highest standard of service to customers
Keeping the shop fully stocked and ensuring items are displayed to show them at their best
Operating tills and taking payments
Ensuring both stock and cash security procedures are always followed
Contributing to keeping the shop and premises clean and tidy
Providing support and guidance to new volunteers to help them settle into their roles
Promoting the public’s understanding of the work of [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] and the importance of raising funds through the shop
Raising awareness of Gift Aid to our customers
Promoting and applying the [Employer hidden] Health & Safety Policy
