Software Developer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer who can work closely with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise along with stakeholder collaboration, contributing to end-to-end software development and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to understand requirements
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and backlog refinement
• Work on cross-functional projects, including system improvements, refactoring, and testing frameworks
• Contribute to data analytics, system integration, and standardisation efforts
• Work closely with Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, DevOps, QA, and Infrastructure teams
• Support design flows, data mapping, and system dependencies
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies aligned with project roadmaps
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Software Developer
• Strong knowledge of programming languages (Java / Python / JavaScript or similar)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Understanding of system architecture, APIs, and integration
• Experience with version control tools (Git)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with data analytics or reporting tools
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in system refactoring and performance optimisation
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
