*Support that meets people where they are*
We’re looking for a warm, reliable care assistant to support people living in the community. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help people feel safe, supported and cared for in their own homes.
Some visits might mean helping with washing and dressing. Others may involve delivering a meal, helping with medication, or simply being a calm, kind presence. You’ll follow clear care plans and get to know the people you support over time.
If you enjoy one-to-one care, value your independence, and want to do real work that matters — this could be the right role for you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
You’ll be part of a team that’s caring, close-knit and trusted.
- One-to-one support that feels personal and meaningful
- A friendly team who always have your back
- Training to help you grow in confidence and skills
- Support to complete your care qualifications
- Take paid breaks and get a free uniform throughout your time here
- A workplace that takes lone-working safety seriously
What Your Day Could Look Like
Every visit is a chance to offer care, dignity and reassurance.
- Help people with washing, dressing or toileting needs
- Support with meals, medication and light kitchen tasks
- Care for people who may be unwell or at end of life
- Keep care plans and notes up to date after each visit
- Join team meetings and training to keep your skills sharp
- Work independently while following clear guidance and routines
What We’d Love You to Bring
We’re looking for someone kind, thoughtful and calm under pressure.
- You’re 18 or over and happy to work on your own
- You can follow plans but also use your common sense
- You treat people with care, dignity and respect
- You’re confident writing short notes or updating a plan
- You take health and safety seriously, especially when working alone
- A clean driving licence
- NVQ2 or 3 in care are great, but not essential
