FULL DESCRIPTION
Product Owner Training Facilitator
We’re looking for an experienced and engaging trainer/facilitator to design and deliver product owner training for teams working on digital products. If you’re passionate about user-centred design, product thinking, and building confident product owners, this is a great opportunity to shape capability across an organisation going through digital transformation.
What you’ll deliver
- Interactive in-person training (April–May 2026)
- A follow-up online session
- A concise summary report with insights and future training recommendations
What we’re looking for
- Strong background in product ownership, service design, or digital delivery
- Experience working with user needs, roadmaps, backlogs, and agile teams
- Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG 2.2), data/privacy standards, and good discovery practice
- Excellent facilitation skills with mixed experience groups
Contract details
- Budget: £2,000–£3,000 (incl. VAT)
- Delivery: In person (Wales) + online
- Language: English
