Area: The Maidstone area Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday Salary: £17.00 Benefits: Performance related bonus, 50% childcare discount, wellness day and much much more.
About the role:
As a level 3 Early Years Educator you will be a key part of keep our children safe, loved and inspired to learn. Key activities include:

- Seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions
- Bond with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments
About you:
· A true love for child development and care
· Able and willing to work in a number of teams and provide support and guidance
· Ability to communicate effectively with management, your peers and parents
· High levels of care and empathy that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity
Must haves:
· Early years qualification at level 3
· Experience of working with all age groups within early years
· Have a full clean UK driving licence and access to a car
· Be willing to travel within the area
