Hours - Full Time, 40 Hours per week, Monday to Friday or 40 hours over 4 days (hours to be discussed at interview)
Salary - £14.75ph £30,680 per annum depending on Experience and qualifications salary to be discussed
Qualification - Level 3 or above in Childcare

Early Years Lead – Join Our Inspiring Nursery Team
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Early Years Lead to join our vibrant nursery setting.
Our nursery offers a spacious, well-resourced environment where children are supported to learn, explore, and thrive. With a large outdoor learning area, we place strong emphasis on outdoor play and nature-based experiences, giving children daily opportunities to develop confidence, curiosity, and physical skills.
You will be leading a dedicated team of friendly and supportive staff, helping to create a warm, inclusive atmosphere where every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to reach their full potential.
Our curriculum is enriched with a variety of engaging experiences, including creative learning opportunities, early years educational resources, yoga sessions to support wellbeing, and Forest School activities that encourage independence, resilience, and a love of the natural world.
The Role:
- Lead and inspire the early years team to deliver high-quality care and education
- Support the planning and implementation of a stimulating, child-centred curriculum
- Promote outdoor learning and Forest School approaches
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children
- Work in partnership with parents and carers

About the job:
- Encourage a love of learning through high quality teaching under the EYFS framework
- Ensure all children are kept safe and have rich stimulating experiences
- Build relationships with the team to create an inspiring working environment
- Leads, motivates and inspires the educator team
- Be the third in command in the nursery after the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager
- Identifying areas of change and implementing
About you:
- Level 3 or above qualification within early years
- Minimum of 6 months experience as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner) or with children under the age of 5
- Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
